Barnaby Lund has over thirty years experience working in private and government sectors in diverse roles including sales, project management, policy development, business development and operations management. With a lifelong, lived experience of deafness and close connections within the disability community, Barnaby has an intimate understanding of the challenges organisations face in providing accessible, inclusive and culturally affirmative workplaces, public spaces and events. 

Barnaby's vision is to educate and guide organisations on dismantling systemic and cultural barriers that continue to indirectly and directly exclude people with disabilities from participating in the workforce, in their communities and at events.
